Jan is a M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) and Business Development expert with more than 20 years of professional history. He started his career at Deutsche Bank and after his banking profession held several leading positions at mid-market Corporate Finance / M&A Consultancies. After his latest engagement as an equity partner in a Düsseldorf based M&A boutique, he worked in the M&A department at Gerresheimer AG and from 2016-2018 as head of business development at Xella, a leading European company in the production of building materials. He joined the InAvia team in 2018 and was part of the Belair AG takeover and restructuring from the very beginning - being responsible for the financing, business planning as well as due diligence workstreams. Since then he is a permanent member of the InAvia team with a special focus on interim finance positions, M&A, corporate / finance restructuring as well as carve-outs and post-merger integration.
